MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE: Design, debug, validate, and optimize high volume consumer electronics products, systems and/or related components and features utilizing CAD, ProEngineer, Statistics, Minitab, FEA, Simulation or related. Contribute to the architecture of hardware development projects from concept through to production, involving the complete design lifecycle. Assist in gathering and analyzing business and functional requirements, and translate requirements into technical specifications for robust, scalable, supportable solutions that work well within the overall system architecture. Participate in strategic planning to achieve technical and business objectives and design technical direction for end-to-end engineering builds for high volume manufacturing, perform architecture design, validate hardware and debugging issues and develop automated test tools. Participate in design reviews, provide feedback on architecture and design issues, and recommend changes in development, maintenance and systems standards. Mentor junior development Engineers. Up to 25% travel (domestic and international) required.
Primary Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or related field and two (2) year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation.
