DESCRIPTION

Amazon Global HR Solutions is looking for an Salesforce QA Enginer to drive automation of test processes and manage the quality of the business systems for our SalesForce.com (SFDC) environment. This includes delivering quality test scripts, automate testing using the scripting language and validate the user expectations are met during the testing process.

Responsibilities
· Responsible for delivering quality test scripts and validate the user expectations are met during the testing process.
· Ownership of end to end testing in Salesforce environment including integrations and application packages.
· Automate testing process using the scripting knowledge
· Seek out opportunities to utilize Salesforce communities to improve testing processes, productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
· Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree from 4-year University
· Minimum 2 years of Salesforce Quality assurance and Quality Control experience
· Certified Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201) or equivalent experience
· Experience in Scripting language (Preferred: Phyton)
· Strong Expertise with Service Cloud and Knowledge Products
· Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader,SOQL)
· Demonstrative success with implementing at least one large Salesforce.com project
· Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
