DESCRIPTION

Amazon Global HR Solutions is looking for a Salesforce Developer to drive automation of processes and manage the integrations to our various business systems for our SalesForce.com (SFDC) environment. This includes development, configuration, maintenance, and integration with other systems.

Responsibilities
· Performs technical analysis, design, development and implementation support for system integrations and Salesforce customizations following Apex design patterns and object-oriented programming best practices.
· Build solution on Salesforce.com platform, including development in Force.com, Visualforce/Apex development,Web Services API's
· Work with a cross-functional Scrum team to maintain and enhance Salesforce Service Cloud applications in iterative release cycles
· Seek out opportunities to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace
· Provide support for the deployment tasks and after hour on-call support
· Troubleshoot and fix defects for planned releases and production issues

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree from 4-year University
· Minimum 2 years of Salesforce Developer experience
· Certified Salesforce.com Platform Developer or equivalent experience
· Extensive VisualForce, Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience
· Strong Expertise with Service Cloud and Knowledge Products
· Experience using Salesforce data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, DemandTools, Eclipse Force.com IDE)
· Demonstrative success with implementing at least one large Salesforce.com project
· Has good communication skills. Conversant with both technical and business audience
· Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
