DESCRIPTION

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will own and execute HR Time and Attendance systems and service initiatives to build scale, efficiency, and a great employee experience. You will work globally with business subject matters experts, policy and process owners, and HR partners at all levels to understand their distinct business challenges. You will document business requirements, help define standard work processes and promote process optimization, and provide best practice recommendations for applying the technology solutions.

Responsibilities:
· Collect global requirements – interview and research client's needs; draft, edit and validate requirement document.
· Develop deep knowledge of time and attendance solution(s) utilized by Amazon, advise the business on global requirements and best practices for optimizing the use of these systems
· Learn aspects of country specific labor laws and our own company policies. Assess how they will affect the employees and the time and attendance solutions.
· Drive global HR process optimization and standardization while balancing the business need for flexibility and appropriate localization
· Lead business requirement meetings, identify issues and manage issue resolutions.
· Serve as the main point of contact during the configuration and testing process
· Coordinate the roll out of the systems including delivery of standard operating procedures, workflow diagrams, contribute to training materials, and support post-launch activities.
· Own communications to project members and stakeholders on progress, issues, and risks including regular status updates and periodic white paper analysis.
· Travel up to 25%

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 3+ years of experience in a business analyst or functional lead role that interviews clients and document requirements.
· 3+ years of HR systems, Payroll, Time and Attendance systems, or related experience.
· 2+ Years of experience with standard analytical tools including but not limited to: Use cases, user stories, story boards, wireframe diagrams, root cause analysis, and business capability maps.
· Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related fields
