We are seeking candidates with strong database experience combined with a passion for engineering solutions to customer challenges. Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Information Science / Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field or 2+ years of experience in a technical position
Strong skills in one or more of following database engines:
· MySQL
· Oracle
· PostgreSQL
· MS-SQL
· MariaDB
· Amazon Redshift
· Amazon Aurora

Experience with troubleshooting database issues.
Knowledge of client/server and distributed systems / Cloud architecture patterns
Knowledge of Linux or Windows system administration
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Customer service experience / strong customer focus
Strong multi-tasking skills
Strong analysis and troubleshooting skills and experience
Self-starter who is excited about learning new technologies on a daily basis
Required to work 1 weekend day as part of an offset 5 day week (Sun-Thur or Tues-Sat)
