As part of the Enterprise team, you will help us to administer our agreements such as Mutual NDA, Enterprise Agreement, Scope of Work with our partners and customers. Even though you are part of Enterprise segment team, your responsibilities will cover all market segments including Digital Native Business and Territory market segments. This will be done in collaboration with both the internal legal counsel team resources and the field counterparts such as account and partner managers – all driving to establish business relationship, mutual benefits and great outcome for company and its partners/costumers.
Key Deliverables
· Respond to and provide information to customers or partners with regards to agreement or other legal documents such as Mutual NDA, Enterprise Agreement, Statement of Work.
· Organize and maintain paper and electronic filing systems of legal documents in accordance with company's procedures and standards
· Process and track legal work
· Record and monitor deadlines
· Update status and tracking reports
· Create, format, revise and edit legal documents such as Mutual NDA, Enterprise Agreement, etc. in accordance with company's procedures and standards
· Plan and schedule appointments, conferences, meetings to support both company's and customer's legal counsels dispute resolution
· Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure accuracy
· Provide administrative support including copying, scanning and sharing legal documents
· Maintain agreement libraries and archives
Desired profile
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
· A student pursuing a law degree
· English speaking and writing capability
· Final year students from legal faculty
· In-depth working knowledge of relevant computer programs including MS Office
· Working knowledge of legal research databases
· Experience with litigation computer applications
· Experience with document management systems
· Knowledge of law practices
· Knowledge of legal records and procedures
· Knowledge of applicable document development processes
