As a Customer Enablement Operations Specialist, you will have the exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team whose goal is to make it seamless for customers to do business with AWS. This role will partner with the Customer Enablement Managers in EMEA supporting day-to-day execution of the business, reporting cadence, and strategic planning utilizing various CRM & reporting tools to derive well-vetted analysis, and other ad-hoc requests and analysis as needed.
You must be able to roll-up your sleeves and dive deep into unclearly defined spaces and instill proper levels of structure and control. You should be passionate about your work, detail-oriented, analytical, and have excellent problem-solving abilities. You must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units, as well as across other geographies.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Develop key support systems/processes required to meet the rapid growth of the business
· Analyze data and trends and make informed recommendations to the Customer Enablement Team and Managers
· Prepare ad hoc analysis & participate on projects as needed
· Develop relationships and work with Sales, Partner, Sales Operations, and other stakeholders to create and refine the tools and processes needed to drive productivity increases
· Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution

Desired profile



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, mathematics, or related fields
· 3+ years of professional work experience in financial planning and reporting, planning, business analysis, reporting, strategy, analytics or business intelligence
· Advanced skills in MS Excel, working with large datasets
· Good knowledge in CRM tools such as SFDC
· Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages and presentations
· Experience leading planning and analysis for large organizations
· Excellent organization skills as well as written and verbal communication skills in English
· Ability to learn new tools quickly
· Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize
· Ability to function well in loosely structured situations
· Fluency in English
