Title: Business Intelligence Engineer II
Worksite: Seattle, WA
Position Responsibilities:
Analyze large amounts of data, discover and solve real world problems, and build metrics and business cases to help business teams to make decisions. Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions. Design, develop, implement, test, document, and operate large-scale, high-volume, high-performance data structures for business intelligence analytics. Interface with other technology teams to extract, transform, and load data from a wide variety of data sources using SQL. Implement data structures using best practices in data modeling and provide on-line reporting and analysis using business intelligence tools and a logical abstraction layer against large, multi-dimensional datasets and multiple sources.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Position Requirements:
Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related technical field and one year of work experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related technical field, and five years of work experience as an equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): SQL, DJS, ETL and databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets; processing large, multi-dimensional datasets from multiple sources; developing automated reporting; gathering business requirements; using industry standard business intelligence tool(s) to extract data, formulate metrics and build reports
