As a Business Intelligence Engineer on the Heavy/Bulky Customer Experience team, you will work with a team to build new delivery experiences for scheduled delivery customers. You'll influence new delivery options, timely and accurate delivery updates, and intuitive website navigation. This position is an opportunity to influence one of the high visibility/high impact areas in the organization and have an immediate positive impact on our customers.

You will work with analytics tools, write excellent SQL scripts, partner with customers to answer key business questions, work with stakeholders to develop data requirements, and you will be an advocate for your customers. You will develop exploratory as well as fully-formed analyses in support of the business and partner needs. You will thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or 2+ years Amazon experience.
· 3+ years hands on Business Intelligence experience.
· 1+ years experience supporting cross functional business units by designing and developing reports using SSRS, Tableau, or OBIEE.
· 1+ years creating complex database queries and stored procedures primarily using Microsoft SQL Server.
· Experience defining business requirements and managing projects.
· Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
· Curiosity and eagerness to try new things.
