The EU Amazon Postal Team is responsible for the integration of Amazon with posts across Europe. We work backwards from the customer and define new and innovative solutions that raise the bar on customer experience and speed while constantly lowering our cost of fulfillment and supporting our continued high growth.

As part of the very fast-growing Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) organization, the ATS Postal team will work on the top strategic projects and opportunities across the Europe, influencing business-critical decisions and taking the performance of the operations to the next level.

The ATS Postal Team is looking for a customer-focused, highly analytical Business Analyst. You will help to develop a best-in-class middle mile strategy for ground line-haul transportation and sortation, designing and implementing an integrated network that maximizes the service for our customers and minimizes costs.

You will be responsible for:
· Supporting the team in developing metrics and tools to support the decision making process.
· Dive deep to find opportunities to further improve the Postal Programs across EU.
· Support the design of robust cross-functional processes and implement new processes and methodologies across the organization

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Master of Science in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Transportation, Engineering, Logistics or similar fields
· 3+ years of experience in business intelligence
· Advanced analytical skills and strong detail-orientation
· Candidate must be very high on ownership, customer obsession and bias for action
· Experience profiling data and researching possible data quality issues
· SQL skills are required
· Experience with Tableau Software
· Advanced MS Excel skills
· Fluency in English is required
