Job Description
Amazon Creative Services (ACS) is an internal creative agency producing customer facing marketing, branding, photography, video, and visual media for Amazon's global online websites. We deliver intuitive and compelling designs that create a world-class customer experience. We start with the customer in mind as we strive to create a successful shopping experience.

As a BA on ACS, you'll be helping drive business intelligence for our creative campaign (photos, videos, design) across multiple countries. You will drive all aspects of the analytical projects to generate insights on financial returns from the groups activities. You will partner with marketing managers to plan and execute measurement for creative design projects. You will work with the data engineering and BIE teams to collect and transform data into insights and present outcomes to project stakeholders.

Responsibilities
· Plan and drive business intelligence reporting to measure the spend and returns for all ACS projects.
· Presenting written recommendations and insights to key stakeholders that will help shape effective creative campaign strategies worldwide.
· Shaping and informing key metrics and indicators by which ACS will assess its performance.
· Setup and execute experiments are requreid. Perform deep dives into data to answer key business questions.
· Provide weekly reports on key performance indicators and/or large ongoing projects
· Work with a team of visual designers to measure the success of online advertisement, and improve performance

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Relevant experience in advanced data analysis, research, and business intelligence solutions.
· Experience working with multiple stakeholders, writing research proposals and project plans.
· Experience presenting research outcomes to large audiences with diverse background.
· Experience with Microsoft Office tools. Ability to use SQL and one or more of Minitab, SPSS, SAS, R, Python, MATLAB to do advanced data analysis.
· Master's degree in Business or a Scientific Discipline.
· Ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses.
