DESCRIPTION

Amazon Fashion is looking for an entrepreneurial, analytical, highly-motivated Brand Manager to join our team. The role will gain broad exposure and have the opportunity to work with all functions from design to merchandising to supply chain. He/she will perform deep dive analytics on customer facing experiences that define the next generation of product at Amazon. The ideal candidate will leverage strong project management skills and be able to thrive in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment. The Brand Manager must be intellectually curious, goal and detail oriented, and put our customer first at all times. He/she will be a thoughtful, high-energy, self-starter, with strong business acumen, acute analytical skills, and the demonstrated ability to use creative thinking and innovation to solve complex problems.

Key responsibilities for this role include:
· Execute seasonal strategies for category and class that meet or exceed the brand's and business unit's financial goals
· Review and react to weekly business trends based on sales, customer reviews, conversion, and traffic
· Provide quantitative (data) and qualitative (trend) research to influence assortments and promotional strategies
· Manage in-season risks and identify and maximize opportunities to offset risk or exceed targets
· Drive efficiency and focus by ensuring on-time execution of the product development calendar
· Set up and maintain product catalogue across multiple vendors
· Develop strong relationships internally and externally across entire product engine
· Collaborate with departments across organization to improve tools and productivity

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor's degree
· 3+ years relevant experience in retail buying, product management, merchandising, and/or financial analysis at companies with strong brand identity
· Superior problem-solving and analytical skills and experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions and measure success
· Ability to operate with autonomy through competing priorities, ambiguity, and still deliver on the goals of your team and the broader organization
· Desire to roll-up sleeves and work tactically
· Strong technical aptitude with web-based tools and intermediate to advanced proficiency of the Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Exceptional interpersonal, motivational, and communication skills
