Associate Corporate Counsel, Selling Partner Services

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Associate Corporate Counsel to support our Selling Partner Services, Customer Trust and Partner Support, and eCommerce Foundation teams. You will partner with these critical teams as they design, develop and implement new strategies, tools and services to create a best-in-class experience for our customers and selling partners. You will help these teams (i) identify areas of risk (legal, reputational, and compliance) related to technical architecture and program design and determine proactive and reactive mitigation measures; (ii) engage with internal and external stakeholders to promote common objectives; and (iii) help guide the launch of new systems and programs in coordination with other legal teams at Amazon.

Principal duties include providing ongoing legal counseling to a fast-moving and innovative team of engineers, analysts, and business leaders across a wide range of legal areas, including privacy, marketing, systems architecture, and customer experience.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· J.D. degree from an accredited law school and active membership in one state bar is required
· 2+ years of attorney experience
