DESCRIPTION

Amazon Business (AB) is re-inventing the way businesses shop. Launched in April of 2015, Amazon Business is proud to serve millions of business customers and hundreds of thousands of business sellers around the world. We are applying the same entrepreneurial and innovative approach that delivered the Amazon.com shopping experience and enterprise services (like Amazon Web Services). With our drive to reinvent on behalf of business customers, we are focused on building Amazon Business into the largest and most innovative Business-to-Business (B2B) marketplace in the world.
The AB Learning & Development (L&D) team is seeking a customer-obsessed Instructional Designer to support our AB Seller & Buyer teams. You must be self-driven with a high degree of ownership, have strong business acumen, excellent communication/influencing skills, and planning/project management skills. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a demonstrated capacity to balance speed and quality.

The solutions that you create could include alternative delivery models that balance classroom-based learning with more scalable delivery methods such as e-learning, social media, and gamification. You will also be responsible for writing design documents and storyboards, as well as for designing tools and platforms which curate current learning content to provide customized learning recommendations for AB employees.
