The Alexa Auto marketing team is seeking a highly talented Field & Events Marketing Manager to produce, execute and manage go-to-market (GTM) programs from conception through to completion. As the Field & Events Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the identification of, overall plan, design and execution of Alexa Auto attended industry events as well as Alexa Auto presence within broader Amazon attended events and field marketing programs. These events could be either industry events, Amazon events or even online opportunities for webinars, etc. You will work closely with the Alexa Auto Business Development and Customer Success teams in addition to Alexa Auto marketing in terms of end-to-end execution of GTM programs and events. This is a unique opportunity to play a highly visible role in an exciting, industry-leading technology business.

Day in the Life of:
· Develop, execute and manage a comprehensive field and events GTM strategy designed to drive lead generation and strengthen our brand position.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams i.e. AVS 3P marketing, Alexa 1P device marketing, as well as regional and corporate marketing to determine event/program objectives and drive pre and post execution activities.
· Develop, execute and manage the GTM program calendar to drive efficiencies and consistency across the organization.
· Lead strategic and tactical execution of pre/post event and field programs as well as associated demand generation follow-up activities.
· Evaluate, measure and report on strategic effectiveness of the GTM programs and events.

The ideal candidate will utilize their proven field and event marketing expertise, exceptional project management and collaboration skills to manage GTM program execution to deliver great experiences for current and potential Alexa Auto customers. You will have a deep understanding of field marketing, event marketing and/or communications, solid project management skills, strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal as well as written communication skills.

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 7+ years of relevant work experience gained through previous roles held i.e. event marketing and field marketing.
· 3+ years of proven project management experience within a matrixed organization.
· Experience working with cross-functional teams in the planning and execution field and events programs.
· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or relevant field of study
