Amazon is looking for an Advertising Platform Campaign Manager to be responsible for all aspects of ad campaign delivery, optimization & success: ad testing and setup, ongoing campaign flighting & budget management, and multivariate testing & optimization. Campaigns will be managed through the Amazon Advertising Platform which includes inventory on both O&O properties as well as inventory sourced through RTB ad exchanges. This hire will be responsible for managing strategic advertiser accounts with an emphasis on data driven optimizations, and creative & systematic informed testing to ultimately drive client revenue & success. The ideal candidate must be willing to work hard in a very fast paced, sales driven, dynamic and demanding environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with sales & account management teams to understand initial client goals, propose strategies, and translate client marketing initiatives into platform optimization tactics
• Own campaign revenue management for a defined book of business to ensure delivery, accuracy and performance
• Propose and launch innovative optimization tests in an effort to continually improve performance and/or scale
• Ongoing data analysis to surface data behind campaign success & refined optimization; interpret data relationships & input/output metrics across audience, supply and other targeting parameters
• Surface campaign learning and testing strategies to the entirety of the campaign management team to promote knowledge share & best practices
• Partner with the platform product and engineering teams to make recommendations on product enhancements and provide feedback/testing on any critical bugs, fixes or new features
• Act as a data, platform & optimization expert and resource for sales & account management teams

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

•2 years of professional experience working within the digital advertising industry, preferably programmatic
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Office.
