TTS manual processes require Administrative Support. This includes processing of Finance requests (Voice Talents, Voice Coaches, Studios, Data partners, Contractors), setting up new vendors as well as the bookings and relationship management and planning and reservations and benchmarking. It also includes requests, forecasting and reservations and tracking of 3rd party requests.
Works with multiple Teams to provide Support. Flexible in terms of working hours (able to work across timezones) and adaptable to new work requests.
Work for 2021 includes Administrative work for multiple projects and stakeholders.
· Knowledge and experience of agile ways of working
· Jira experience
· Able to read and write and discuss fluently in both Polish and English
· Confident, proven experience of Microsoft applications and cloud based tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, power-point presentations
· Proven ability to establish and build long-standing working relationships with stakeholders
· Experience of Finance systems raising POs
· Vendor management
· Negotiation skills and vendor selection processes
· Ability to support and prioritise work from multiple teams
