DESCRIPTION

The Amazon Logistics Mexico team is seeking an experienced, hands on and customer obsessed Quality and Process Improvement Leader to join the Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) Team in Mexico. The role requires working with internal stake-holders to design, plan, implement and execute inbound and outbound transportation network required to accelerate business growth.

Last Mile execution and processes led by Transportation are a really important part to achieve cost goals and guarantee that our customers will receive their important packages on time.
Main activities expected for the role are:
1. Lead quality initiatives to change and improve current process
2. Lead improvement projects for Last Mile related to vehicle utilization
3. Audit accuracy to standard processes
4. SOP and PMV's creation
5. Support launch new technology oriented in Last Mile route creation
6. Standardized processes and audit accuracy execution
7. Reduce issues on the quality of customer addresses in order to increase efficacy for Delivery Associates routes.
8. Run dive deeps to detect controllable root cause and create action plans to decrease affectation

· Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills along with outstanding facilitation skills
Other Duties:
· Frequent walking in the building and around area; facilities are over a quarter mile in length
· Standing and walking for up to 12 hours a day
· Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, and aisles safely

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· Fluency in Spanish and English
· BS Industrial or any Engineering program
· Prior experience on training on AMZL process standards, Lean Six Sigma or Quality tools/techniques (5s)
· Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills along with outstanding facilitation skills
· Ability to work under tight deadlines
· Ability to deploy or design new training material for DAs and PAs in AMZL MX
· Change agent with the ability to lead change across all levels of the organization and be hands-on to implement improvement design
· Deep AMZL process standards knowledge and operational experience

Desired profile

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 1-3 years experience in working in an operations and/or service environment
· Bachelor's degree completed
· 1-3 years of experience of prior learning experience with demonstrated success in leading projects in cross-functional environment, or experience in quality areas with interest in Learning.
