As an Account Executive on the Hospitality Ad Sales Team, you are responsible for driving Amazon’s video and brand-based ad placements among buyers at ad agencies and clients. Your role consists of reaching revenue and product adoption goals through prospecting, pitching the value proposition, proposal generation, closing and retaining business, and developing relationships with video and brand advertising buyers. You are naturally curious, and will apply your creativity and curiosity by taking the lead in strategizing solutions for our advertisers, diving deep within the advertising community to discuss Amazon’s benefits and shortcomings in the advertising marketplace, and working internally to innovate solutions that better meet the needs of our advertising customers. This role will drive you to define innovative advertising experiences and coordinate with product teams to create scalable and repeatable solutions. Lastly, you will need to roll up your sleeves as necessary to ensure campaign implementation stays on schedule and that the end product meets our high quality bar. As an individual contributor, you’ll be joining an elite sales organization and will benefit from having direct access to the leadership team that has charted our explosive growth.
· 8+ years digital advertising experience
· 3+ years of advanced TV/OTT advertising experience
· Experience building new customer relationships
· Experience selling nascent products and/or services
· Ability to drive solutions to difficult problems
