Description
We are looking for a bright and energetic office Manager & Fleet Manager to help organize and manage all facility aspects of our respective offices based in Brussel. In this position, your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety
You will report directly to the Group Office Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee workplace operations for our Benelux offices locations (Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands).
- Partner with the Snr Business to run the offices, maintain and develop relationship with Amaris to understand their expectation and keep open communication all times
- Manage your team (1) in order to coordinate day to day office services and collaborate with others stakeholders (accounting, HRO, Procurement, Real Estate…).
- Act as an interface to the key stakeholder to ensure world class services provided in BCS’s contribution.
- Support PM to manage Amaris Office opening in your region (opening, office expansion, relocation, acquisition, etc..).
- Assist with organization of events (both internal & external), coordinate all logistics details (security, building access, room set up, catering…), manage last minute changes and ensure smooth execution on the ground for all teams involved.
- With your respective team, maintain accurate floor plan and allocate desk space to team (e.g. new starter) via Sim City and co-ordinate any office moves.
- Ensure that all staff and visitors are adequately informed and trained about health and safety standards both on joining the company.
- BE BCS face to our internal customers – Be Approachable for questions and comments from employees and react appropriately to queries raised.
- Coordinate integration of new employees into the AMARIS life. Drive the change management and cultural onboarding
- Lead a team that is ready to execute the highest standard of service.
- Monitor and ensure consistent work processes and high service levels across locations.
- Manage our Benelux Car Fleet (180 vehicles) Manages driver activities and ensures drivers are meeting and following company expectations. policies, and procedures, registers dans licenses all vehicles in accordance with local laws. Track and monitors vehicles inspections, fines…
