The aim of the Administrative & Finance department is to ensure Mantu’s growth in compliance with all regulations, as well as sustainable and optimised business conditions.
The department is to support Mantu’s decisions with key information and accurate data, business drivers and analyses that are instrumental to optimal business management and efficient planning for the future.
Thanks to de exponential growth of the Mantu Group, the Administrative & Finance department has to adapt to a financial digitalization in order to focus on innovation, productivity and efficiency.
Your Role
In the frame of Accounting team evolution and attached to the Head of Accounting, you will:
- Prepare, lead financial internal audit and be proactive in terms of action plans;
- Conduct and lead interviews to translate and evaluate Group processes (Procurement, Payroll, Invoicing etc…) in relationship with the accounting team;
- Prepare the financial yearly closing as at 31/12/19, and discover local GAAPs over 60 countries and IFRS for SMEs;
In the frame of the closings and attached to the Head of Accounting, you will also be involved in:
- Producing financial consolidated financial statement in compliance with IFRS for SMEs and Group specificities;
- Preparing and booking consolidated adjustments;
- Analysing and anticipating the impacts of scope variations (merger, acquisition…)
- Being the contact with Group external auditors.

Profil:
- You are currently graduated from a Master Degree in accounting or corporate finance
- Fluent in English, you are eager to work in an international team
- Fluent in French
- You have a first significant experience in audit or consolidation
- You are ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
- You are at ease working on Excel and keen on process-automation
- You are creative with a critical mindset, willing to bring innovative ideas in our finance department
- An entrepreneur mindset will help you to onboard and grow within the Group
