Description:
The aim of the Administrative & Finance department is to ensure Amaris growth in compliance with all regulations, as well as sustainable and optimised business conditions.
The department goal is to support Amaris' decisions with key information and accurate data, business drivers and analyses that are instrumental to optimal business management and efficient planning for the future.
Thanks to the exponential growth of the Amaris Group, the Administrative & Finance department has to adapt to a financial digitalization in order to focus on innovation, productivity and efficiency.
Your Role:
The Controlling Team main objective is to produce and analyze financial data, to support business department and deliver Gap analysis.
Team remain to support the decision-making and reduce the closing date.
In other words, you will:
- Support and train a dynamic team in the controlling department
- Analyze and explain the variation and the gap of the group companies
- Review and challenge the analysis made by the Administrative and Financial Managers
- Supervise the monthly closing process of the group
- Review the Weekly Forecast and Monthly Notes production
- Take part in the development of our tools
- Coordinate and supervise the C-Team

Ideal profile
- You have a Master Degree with a major in Corporate Finance from a Business School
- Fluent in English, you are eager to work in an international team
- Fluent in French
- You have a significant and successful experience in Controlling and/or Audit of minimum 3-4 years
- You are ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
- You are at ease working on Excel and keen on process-automation
- You are creative with a critical mindset, willing to bring innovative ideas in our finance department
- An entrepreneur mindset will help you to onboard and grow within the Group
