Your Role:
The aim of the Administrative & Finance department is to ensure Mantu´s growth in compliance with all regulations, as well as sustainable and optimised business conditions.
The department is to support Mantu ´s decisions with key information and accurate data, business drivers and analyses that are instrumental to optimal business management and efficient planning for the future.
Thanks to the exponential growth of the Mantu Group, the Administrative & Finance department has to adapt to a financial digitalization in order to focus on innovation, productivity and efficiency.
The Controlling Team main objective is to produce and analyse financial data in the aim of producing Gap analysis by using specific tools for the Group.
The team remain to support the decision-making and reduce the closing date.
In other words, you will:
- Build budgets and forecasts in close collaboration with all managers across the organization
- Determine and communicate Corporate closing calendar
- Support continuous enhancement of the reporting processes and the reduction of the closing time
- Reverse engineering closing and set up next month objectives
- Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts
- Manage and coach a dynamic group and support their career evolution

Ideal profile:
- You have a Master Degree with a major in Corporate Finance from a Business School
- Fluent in English, you are eager to work in an international team
- Fluent in French
- You have a significant and successful experience in FP&A of minimum 3-4 years
- You are ready to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
- You are at ease working on Excel and with BI tools or ERP
- You are creative with a critical mindset, willing to bring innovative ideas in our finance department
- You have an analytical mindset and a good relationship skill
- An entrepreneur mindset will help you to onboard and grow within the Group
