Summary of the role

Execute facilities, admin andreception services for the local Salt Lake City Navitaire office. This is a 6 month temporary/contract position.

Main responsibilities

· Provide reception services such as greet/direct employees and visitors, issue access badges, answer general inquiries, receive deliveries
· Order and stock office supplies and break room supplies.
· Execute a wide range of facilities management duties such as coordinating repairs, cleaning, mail delivery, asset management, facility vendor management
· Execute a wide range of customer service activities such as catering, A/V support, conference room scheduling, floor operations support
· Provide administrative support to management, as needed

Requirements

Microsoft office applications preferred

Office/Reception experience
Organized and detail-oriented
Professional appearance and manner; good interpersonal skills
Structured and clear written and verbal communication skills
