Our team:

As a recent graduate, you’ll be part of the Online, Travel Intelligence team. Our unit is purely commercial. We sell and manage the whole portfolio of Agency Insight, which consists of business intelligence modules for Travel Agencies. We have a global role and support the overall customer base of Travel Channels.

Sales support are valued members of a busy sales team, playing an important role in tracking sales leads and pipelines, providing customer service and managing customer accounts. You'll be a key person in the team by achieving new and keep existing customers.

Your main responsibilities:

· Dealing with customer pre sales set up and making sure they are ready in due time
· Manage customer product trials: creation & coordination of work order, follow up during and after trial with customer, coordinate any questions that may arise
· Create and deliver a status report post customer trial on usage behavior to Sales and Product Manager
· Process sales contracts: coordinate product implementation and invoicing
· Manage and resolve questions from both internal and external customers
· Monitor and analyze customer adoption on a regular basis and create monthly reporting

What we're looking for:

· University degree in Business Administration
· Experience using Excel and PowerPoint
· Excellent command of English (all interviews will be in English). Additional languages (particularly French) are welcome, but not mandatory.
· Good communication skills (oral and written)
