Business environment

Customer Service (TCH-TCO-CUS) provides best customer service experience to our customers. We implement solutions to help our customers succeed. Our service portfolio includes content, learning, support and regional services.

Within TCS, our team is responsible for defining, developing and deploying online applications to automate the services we deliver to our customers with the goal to optimize operational costs, increase efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. Service Technology Group (STG) is in charge of the product specification and technical development of the applications.

· Amadeus Service Hub is the main entry point for all our customers learning and support needs, providing them the ability to access self-service support tools and services. Support, training, documentation and much more: access whatever they need, whenever they need it and search all site content using the quick single search function.
· AskMe, a community forum available for all the employees of Amadeus to ask a question and get an answer.
· DocSource, a single-sourced authoring system that facilitates documentation updates, broadly used by our technical writers’ community to produce user guide and online helps.
· Help Desk and customer tools to automate low added value actions such as terminal reset, interline ticketing agreement, commission table update, etc.
· Applications for Help Desk management, mainly used by our second level support organization

Purpose

Ensure the high quality of Amadeus products to upgrade customers’ experience

Key accountabilities

You will:

· Implement test strategy
· Define test cases from customer’s requirements and ensure traceability with specifications.
· Write test plan (functional and/or non-functional and/or non-regression).
· Ensure improvement of non-regression test repository in the Change Request plan.

· Design and perform tests
· Design test cases and develop automated test case scripts using Selenium Suite
· Prepare test environment, test data, and execute test cases.
· Give go/no-go for the customer’s test campaign.
· Be responsible for the project, product or release quality control.

· Fix Problem Tracking Records
· Provide information to developers in order to fix defects
· Check PTR fix and give go/no-go for the load of Production PTRs
· Document software defects.

· Share your knowledge
· Participate in specification reviews to give input on testing requirements.
· Report and communicate on test activities to the line organization, software developers and product definitions analysts.

Education

Engineering BS Degree. MS Degree preferred

Relevant work experience

2+ years of experience in software development (Java/J2EE)

Experience in Test automation is a plus (Selenium)
