The Role:

As a People & CultureWeb Design(Graduate), you will support the Digital Workplace & Intranet team in the overall management of our intranet and internal tools. You will be responsible for supporting content owners to update and create new content within our intranet and other communication tools ensuring great design and user experience. You will also be responsible of creating web analytics dashboards in order to enable data driven decisions. You will play a key role in training content owners to achieve great communication support in the new intranet.

Your responsibilities:

· Intranet Design & User experience:
· Constantly improve design and UX of pages and components of the intranet with graphical material and html development according to brand standards and intranet strategy
· Support and drive simple UX studies
· Support content owners on:
· Writing and maintaining guides and documentation for business owners and end users
· Upskilling content owners to make their content findable, continuously study and improve search usability and apply learnings to the enterprise search engine
· Managing our People & Culture section in the intranet to make it a best practice for the rest of the sections
· Ensure quality of new releases
· Manage the calendar of requests and deliverables with the technical teams through our internal tool
· Ensure quality of the solutions delivered through testing and follow through
· Analytics
· Create monthly dashboards, compiling data from multiple sources to develop easy to understand reports that allow data driven decision making
· Team support
· Support on the design, organization and animation of team communication activities, including champion’s site, newsletters, blogs, etc.
· Participate in team meetings and activities
· Support in the management of team sites and tools

What we’re looking for:

· Degree in communication, advertising, or design
· Excellent oral and written English skills (Interviews will be in English) Spanish and/or French a plus
· Knowledge of web design and its principles. Web analytics is a plus
· Skills in Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
· Understanding of HTML, CSS, JS basics
· Office tools: fluent with the Microsoft suite and collaboration tools
· Knowledge of SharePoint and CMS management is a plus
· Organizational capabilities to follow through projects until completion
· Positive, proactive and collaborative attitude. A true team player.
· Ability to work with remote teams
