We’ve a newly created role for an experienced, hands-on HR Advisor with strong generalist experience to ensure we continue to provide exceptional support. This broad and exciting role offers a wide variety of HR project work, along with generalist HR and employee relations case work and will support the implementation of HR activities, processes and programmes.
The role shall be predominately based in our London Gatwick office (c.170 employees) and occasionally from our London Heathrow office (c.600 employees). You'll be joining a team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference to the business.
We're looking for a strong relationship builder and influencer who is business savvy and a great team player. The successful candidate will have a relevant degree (or equivalent), be CIPD qualified and have proven HR generalist experience in a global, multi-cultural, complex matrix organization. Additionally, you will demonstrate professional impact, intellectual horsepower, the abilityto challenge the status quo, thrive in an ever-evolving environment, be comfortable with ambiguity as well as have a drive and passion for excellence.
