SGB (Strategic Business Growth) is the dedicated incubation unit of Amadeus, with enhanced ability to scale new businesses successfully for Amadeus. In the Hospitality unit we are working with hospitality companies, defining, building and delivering a technology foundation that will reshape the market and provide a community platform that delivers unique capabilities. Enterprise Solutions is offering strategic solution planning through delivery execution of our client’s top enterprise initiatives. Within Enterprise Solution, the Methods, Tools & Process team is transversal to the Discovery, Delivery and Solutions other groups providing the methods and toolset, as well as the supporting assistance to project management referred to as Project Management Office.

The intern will join the Methods, Tools & Process team in our Boston location, to support project management office activities. The intern will be working on a wide array of project management related activities and interacting with key personnel working on our large programs across more than 10 locations worldwide. He/she will benefit from the mentoring of the other team members, and will build an amazing IT project management experience.

The ideal candidate should be excited to work on the projects of the area we call the Amadeus “new frontier” within a high tech, fun, young, and fast paced international IT company.

Main Responsibilities :

· Timely support to the project on methods and tools
· Assistance to Project Monitoring & Reporting
· Assistance to Project Communication
· Assistance to Cost Control
· Assistance to Change Control
· Assistance to project implementation (rehearsal and cutover support)
· Project Tooling (SharePoint, Collaboration, Communication, Project Management, Cutover Management, and project specific needs)

Requirements :

Intern candidates should:

· Be enrolled in a degree seeking program, or recently graduated
· Be experienced with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
· Be a fast learner
· Be hard-working, accountable, and able to work autonomously
· Be comfortable working in a fast paced IT environment
· Be comfortable asking questions and asking for direction
· Be organized and prepared
· Be detail-oriented
· Be able to clearly express your thoughts and logic
· Be familiar working with a project approach
· Exposure to coding is a plus

Duration:

· 6 months to 1 year - Full time
