The Implementation Project Coordinator is a member of the team responsible for oversight of activities related to the installation and deployment of Amadeus Hospitality products and from post-sale, through transition to Customer Support. Responsibilities are performed in a fast-paced environment, and projects involve standard repeatable services and are more limited in scope.

This role is based in our Portsmouth, NH office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Responsible for effective and efficient delivery of Professional Services at the highest quality of service.
· Manage multiple, small-sized projects, or sub-projects under supervision of another Implementation Project Manager or Manager. Projects are typically well defined and follow a repeatable methodology with limited changes.
· Responsible for managing various stages of a project’s lifecycle, from project kick-off to completion.
· Schedules resources to complete the work and communicates deliverables internally and externally.
· Responsible for accurately tracking and approving project tasks and associated revenue.
· Primary point of contact for customer and/or Amadeus resources pertaining to the work.
· Supports other Implementation Project Managers with some supervision.
· Other duties may be assigned.
· Travel is not required.

Education and/or Experience

· Associates Degree or higher in Business or equivalent.
· 3-5 years of customer-facing deliverables management, preferably in a software industry.
· Experience managing multiple projects with simultaneous timelines.
· Very strong organization and time management skills.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Salesforce.com experience and Hospitality background a plus.
