Position Description
The financial sector is in full transformation. New digital players are trying to conquer this market, and our clients, the more traditional players, are competing to digitize their own products and services. The quickly changing technological landscape is offering a lot of possibilities in this domain, but at the same time, a lot of obstacles are surfacing.

Your future duties and responsibilities
As a functional analyst, you are the key link between Business & IT. You will translate the business requirements to functional requirements and support an agile delivery of it. You are open to take up several responsibilities in the agile way of working (scrum master, release train engineer, … ) and work on continuous improvement of the process.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
ESSENTIALS

You are not afraid to work in complex financial services domains.
You are able to learn fast on the job.
You have a flexible mindset and are open to new insights that might change the way you look at things.
You are able to work independently & together with both technical and business persons.
You take up responsibilities & take initiative when you see the opportunity for improvement.
You have a healthy interest in digital and technological trends.
You have a bachelor or master degree (IT or Economy) or relevant experience.
