Team Description

DTS (Digital & Transform Services) is the division that build, deploy and support workplace and infrastructure solutions to all Amadeus employees worldwide. We are around 200 people located in more than 30 sites worldwide. We play a strategic role in supporting Amadeus in Doing Business Better. We work closely with our internal business partners to design and deliver services to transform, automate and manage key business processes.

Main Responsibilities

In 2015 our organisation moved toward a more Global organisation that has also evolved in October 2017. We must continue measuring and improving our operational and financial modes. The intern will participate and follow-up the Optimization initiatives that are being set-up in alignment with our organisation goals and vision:

· Participate to the analysis of current division operational and financial indicators
· Study and propose new and alternative processes for improved and cost effective service delivery
· Participate in the implementation of selected actions aiming at improving operational modes and financial figures, ensure continuous measurements & improvements maintaining optimum organisational functioning

Requirements

· Fluent in English
· Advanced Microsoft Office suite, Excel in particular
· Analytical thinking
· Willingness to learn
· Multicultural approach
· Proactive and rigorous with great attention to detail
