As part of our strong development we are currently looking for a junior Financial Controller.
Position:
Directly reporting to the CFO and acting as a real Business Partner to support the fast development of the company, you will be:
- In charge of the monthly financial closing : Turn-over recognition ( IFRS cost advancement method), costs accrual bookings, analytical bookings ( in close collaboration with the SSC based in Paris)
- Responsible for the accuracy of the figures reported the group : Monthly P&L, Budget, Reforecast, Headcount etc …
- In charge of developing and animating various internal reporting and analysis: P&L per manager, Business KPIs, Forecast…
- Acting as focal point with our external accountants and auditors to guarantee the compliance of the company with local, state and federal government requirements
- Responsible for many administrative and financial projects that will be key for the structuration of the company on a mid-term basis
Skills required:
- You are graduated from a Master degree and you have a relevant experience of at 2/3 years in Financial Controlling
- You have very good interpersonal and leadership skills that will enable you to deal with a variety of stakeholders (from consultant positions to top management)
- You are open-minded, customer oriented, hardworking and eager to learn in a fast pace environment
- You have a very good knowledge of Excel and preferably SAP
- You are fluent in English. Another language would be an advantage.
