Business Development, recruitment and managing consultants are part of the recurrent responsibilities and are your daily motivators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain existing accounts and generating a high volume of new business partners
- Recruit consultants for your Business Unit with the support of our local recruiters
- Ensure your line manager’s various tasks
- Develop your consultant’s career using Human Resources tools
- Manage your Business Unit’s profitability
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Manager in an Engineering Consulting Firm operating in industries such as: Aeronautics, Automotive and other Ground Transportation, Energy, Biotechnology, IT, Telecommunications, Banking, Finance…
- Master’s Degree in Engineering, Management or Business Administration
- Fluency in English
