Mission & Responsibilities

Purpose of the Job

Ensure proper ERP system application and process development.

Ensure data consistency and reliability for all Supply-Chain ERP master data

Ensure and maintain the user level of training of the application.

Provide support for users of the application.

Responsibilities

ERP technical support & continuous improvement

Monitor ERP Job and I-doc in connection with IT department

First referent for final users in case ERP dysfunction.

Formalize system dysfunction with ITC

Formalize change requests for system development and get approval of process responsible.

Ensure Hot-line link with ITC for all ERP incidents and change requests.

Write Business specifications and make acceptance test.

Contribute to ERP evolutions.

Ensure the regression tests in case of major evolution.

Participate in working groups with BIS ITC functions and Production Management to optimize the ERP using processes.

ERP Data quality & material master validation

Ensure the creation Material Master Data for the Supply chain fields and validate data in alignment with Supply chain flows. (no PO without a SC validated material master)

Ensure the periodic maintenance of Material Master Data for the Supply chain fields

Analyze all ERP data inconsistency messages coming from various departments : warehouse, logistics method, industrialization, sourcing and ensure compliance to Internal Financial rules.

Analyze ERP error messages specific to master data quality and implement corrective actions.

Develop KPI in synergy with the central team in order to track data quality

ERP KPI & BI

Develop and track KPI in synergy with the central team in order to track SC processes efficiency

Act as a referent for BI reports usage

Be the key users to develop site specific reports in BI

Training

Be the local referent for any support need related to ERP usage.

Contribute to training documentation issuing at central level and write local documents if necessary

Train new entrants both internal and external.

Train users on their specific area of competence.

Inform and train the user in case of lack of proper usage of the applications.

Main Competence Area (1 key user for 1 or more area)

Physical flows (warehouse management and line feeding flows)

Procurement flows (purchase orders flows for direct

Production order flows and stock consumption

Key Performance Indicators

KPI n°1: ERP Data accuracy (as an example): Material master reliability and data consistency, Purchasing & Logistic flows maintenance, ERP error messages.

Technical Knowledge / Experience

Industrial and Supply chain processes knowledge
Very high SAP knowledge

Behavioral and Technical Skills / Competencies

Good level of English
Ability to deliver trainings to users

Job Location / Mobility

Mobility requested to visit all Alstom site in india, especially Madhepura site for E LOCO
