·  Reporting Analyst with 3-4 years of experience in reporting on Service Management processes. Having ITIL certification is a plus.
·  Good communication skills (oral and written)
·  Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders (internal and external)
·  Proficient in SNOW reporting
·  Excel skills: very good at macros
·  SQL, Visual Basic programming
·  Powerpoint presentation building
·  Dashboard creation
