Objective

Prepare reporting data utilizing internal financial reporting tools and ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

-  Control financial data related to the site activities

-  Prepare reports for the site operations review

- Responsible for capital reporting, updating and maintaining capital budget (including entry of approved capital expenses into    authorization tool) and coordinating physical inventory of capital assets

- Maintain corporate reporting package data

- Contribute to month –end close through the preparation and recording of journal entries for payroll and depreciation

- Maintain reconciliation of complex accounts and monthly completion of account analysis

- Prepare sales tax returns, government compliance reporting and other annual state compliance filings (no state or federal income returns)

- Prepare invoices and inter-company back charges

- Prepare monthly account reconciliation in support of balance sheet and Profit & Loss accounts

- Ad hoc projects as needed

-  Analyze and report on site performance data

-  Actively involved in preparation of Rolling Forecast and 3Year’s Budget

-  Help site controllers on internal control issues

Educational Requirements

·  Bachelor's degree (in Accounting or Finance related field )
·  Familiar with International Financial Reporting Standards and Generally accepted accounting principles
·  Must be highly self-motivated
·  Strong communication and presentation skills
·  Proficient in Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Word
·  Detail-oriented with a high degree of accurac
·  Must meet VIE French Program requirements
