MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :
Reporting to the Head of Production for wagon repair, you will be responsible to ensure
process optimization for the total production area of our waggon repair location in Salzgitter.
- Planning and implementation of Value Stream Mapping (VSM)
- Organisation of workshops for process optimisation
- Implementation of ALSTOM programs and tools ( APSYS )
- Participation in elaboration of investment programs
- Re-Organization of the wheelset storage area including development and implementation of new process-flows.
- Ensure accuracy of production data
- Optimize interface management
CANDIDATE'S PROFILE :
- Educated to Master’s Degree with a specialization in mechanical engineering
- Familiar with SAP and MS Office
- Result-oriented, your planning and organization skills enable you to deliver in a demanding and changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good capacity for analyzing data and presenting them properly, also to a non
- technical community
- Your autonomy, flexibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Very good language skills (German and English)
