we are property investments company seeking a Acquisition manager's personal assistance Intern to assist our property Acquisition Manager, who will offer you guidance and support.
This position is to gain experience for those wanting to learn admin work or want to gain some experience for a similar role.
We are looking for a hard-worker who is very efficient, reliable, has initiative, writes and speaks well in English,
Roles will include:
maintaining diaries, arranging appointments,organizing meetings,
using a variety of software packages like MS and outlook, knows their way round a website
writing and typing up documents, web research, email writing, updating our WordPress website and following up and all general admin.
we need someone who can take constructive criticism and can be honest back. Being flexible in the role and sometimes you will be given some work to get on with alone.
Hours are 10-6pm but these are semi negotiable. London based travel will be covered and food provided.
