Job description

The Workplace Team Leader is responsible for deliver the best digital workplace experience to all Allianz Technology Thailand’s employees. He/she is responsible for areas like communication, collaboration, mobility, productivity workplace applications and workplace innovations to enable Allianz Technology Thailand employees to perform in a modern and engaging workplace where technology makes the difference according to Allianz Technology Thailand’s codes and SOP

 

Responsibilities

·  Accountable for all aspects of the workplace services above mentioned to all Allianz Technology Thailand employees.
·  Responsible for ensuring correct forecast and target goals, and all aspects of contractual revisions, renegotiation and cooperate with procurement team for related 3rd party services.
·  Responsible for IT Asset / Stock / IT service and operation supporting management to ensure the alignment of the operation to the direction of Allianz Technology Thailand governance standard.
·  Responsible for functional leading and coordinating the respective assigned team, including people & skill development, project & resource planning, ensuring optimal execution of workplace service strategies, service improvements and project implementation.
·  Continuously monitor and evaluate team workload and organizational efficiency with the support of IT systems, data, analysis and team feedback.
·  Liaise with other global IT entities to ensure the alignment of the services to the needs of the Allianz Technology Thailand’s business and operation supporting readiness
·  Ensure the Quality assurance of Service Level Agreements, providing senior IT management with adequate transparency in monitoring and reporting

Qualification

·  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Engineer, or related fields.
·  End-to-end understanding of capabilities & competences in the IT workplace service & management area
·  ITIL foundation certificate/training course/experienced is an advantage
·  At least 10 years of experience in IT Support / Digital workplace service or relate fields. At least 3 years of experience in managing team
·  Experience in IT service management / Asset / stock management.
·  Strong experiences in IT endpoint operation management & supporting. Experience in MacOS platform is an advantage.
·  Experience with ‘Service Now’ or other IT Service ticketing system is an advantage
·  Strong knowledge of the digital workplace product landscape and underlying IT solutions (Active Directory, O365, collaboration solutions, conferencing, mobility work).
·  Strong skill in team leading, service management, sense of ownership, character of explorer and can-do attitude.
·  Able to communicate in English.
