In our Learning Services Team at Allianz Services, you will work alongside a team of Learning & Development (L&D) Experts focused on developing and implementing learning strategies and technology-enhanced learning assets for our clients at Allianz around the world. Our proven methodology enables future ways of working for our clients. In addition, we ensure that learning opportunities become accessible to everyone, independent of time and place.

Join our Learning and Development Team and work alongside 16 Learning & Development Experts focused on developing and implementing learning and analytics solutions for our clients at Allianz around the world. Our proven methodology helps us to define and contribute to the future ways of working for our clients. In addition, we ensure that learning becomes accessible to everyone, independent of time and place.

Key responsibilities: 

·  Actively contribute to ongoing projects, collaborating closely with our team to drive progress and success. 
·  Explore and develop your skills across various domains such as analytics, design, project management, and administration, enabling you to provide valuable support to our diverse range of projects. 
·  Participate in team events and play an active role in shaping our future strategy and priorities. 
·  Take ownership of administrative tasks, including drafting contracts and invoices for our clients. 
·  Manage the creation of presentations and pitch decks to effectively communicate ideas and solutions. 
·  Support the automation of processes to enhance our operational efficiency and effectiveness. 
·  Prepare and organize workshops and events, both internally and for our clients, in collaboration with the team.
·  Embrace out-of-the-box thinking to identify new opportunities for optimizing our daily operations.

 

Key requirements:

·  You are curious and adaptable, and you stay calm in an ever-changing and fast-paced setting. 
·  You embrace a growth mindset and are willing to explore new areas with a forward-thinking attitude. 
·  You are an enrolled student at the advanced stages in your studies OR in a gap year between studies. You need to be enrolled at a German University.
·  You have a strong passion for one or more of the following areas: Data Analytics, Learning & Development, Instructional and Visual Design, Learner Journeys, and Content Creation. 
·  First working experiences in L&D or Data Analytics through previous internships or working student positions is a plus. 
·  You are fluent in English (C1) and German (B2) in both speaking and writing. 
·  You are customer- and service-oriented. 
·  You are a quick learner and open to feedback and self-reflection. 
·  You excel in teamwork and are passionate about taking responsibility. 
·  You have very good knowledge of the MS Office programs. 
·  You are reliable, committed, and a proactive team player. 
·  You have an open personality and like to work in a team. 
·  You don’t mind working fully remotely. 
·  You can start from October/ November onwards and are interested in a working student position - part time (16-20 h/week).
