Club Marine have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Underwriter where you will be responsible for providing underwriting service to our key partner stakeholders and working collaboratively with our broader underwriting and distribution teams to ensure our customers are put at the heart of our decision-making.
This role will suit a motivated individual who works well in a team environment with a strong customer service focus and a desire to learn.

- Experience in the insurance industry or practical boating knowledge would be advantageous.

About the role
- Based in our WA office in Fremantle, from Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, working two days in the office as a requirement.
- Work closely with a team to source and underwrite profitable new business opportunities.
- Nurture and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders within Branch and other Club Marine divisions.
- Execute effective new business strategies whilst leveraging renewals to further develop relationships with our key business partners.
- Support balanced portfolio growth by aligning business decisions with organisational goals, focusing on sustainable profitability and long-term value.
- Manage day-to-day workflows to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality, reliable products and services.
