Join us now as a Third Party Risk Manager (f/m/d) within the Technology, Operations and Products function! The Third-Party Risk Management team is responsible for the oversight and regulatory compliance of Third Party Engagements.

 

This position will be based in Frankfurt.

 

What you will do

 

  • Coordinate Third Party Oversight duties with Business Owners and Second line functions such as Data Privacy, Risk Management, Legal and Compliance, Information Security, IT Compliance, Business Resilience, Vendor Management for all Third Party Engagements
  • Conduct Business Owner Classification calls (pre-screening calls) and classify according to the defined Regulatory decision tree
  • Be responsible for the Third Party Oversight including maintenance and central storage of TPRM Documents, Contracts and Third Party master data
  • Ensure the compliance and execution of all TPRM lifecycle steps according to TPRM policy
  • Notify new outsourcings to supervisory authorities, update ICT services in ICT Register
  • Provide reporting to Allianz group entities as well as Senior Management
  • Guide, advise and supervise Business Owners to identify non-compliant Third Party Engagements and recommend required actions to accurate deviations
  • Escalate non-compliant cases with respective stakeholders: Business Owners and Third Parties
  • Own and manage “TPRM projects” alongside with different stakeholders besides the BAU tasks, e.g. Improve Integration degree of SMEs into the TPRM policy / SME Guideline project, Asia Pacific / US Integration Project

 

What you bring

 

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Business Management or related field of study
  • Knowledge of national and international regulatory requirements in the financial services industry; Knowledge of KaMaRisk and the new compliance obligation Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) is a plus
  • Experience in Vendor Management, Contract Management, Outsourcing Management or other related roles is a plus
  • Be a team player
  • Minimum of 3 years job experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and client-centric approach, combining diplomacy and assertiveness
  • Proficiency in English both written and spoken is required, further languages would be highly helpful, German is a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft CoPilot is a plus
