OBJECTIF/RÔLE DU POSTE

La filière Système d’Information d’Allianz France a pour ambition de délivrer les meilleures solutions informatiques, fonctionnelles, et digitales qui répondront aux besoins de ses clients finaux. Elle se compose de trois directions principales : La Direction de l'Organisation et des Solutions Applicatives (DOSA), assure la conception, la planification et le pilotage des projets correspondant à l’évolution du système d'information et des processus, pour apporter le maximum de performance au business d’Allianz France. Cette mission s’exerce en étroite coordination avec la Direction des Opérations et Services Informatiques (DOSI). La DOSI assure la réalisation des projets informatiques et le fonctionnement du système d'information. La Direction du Programme Global One, de l’Architecture d’entreprise et du Plan stratégique IT (DG1AP) mène la transformation globale du Système Informatique d’Allianz France.

Au sein du centre de solution distribution et client, service en charge de l’ensemble des outils de vente, des outils de gestion de la relation client « front office » et des outils clients multi-accès (web), vos missions seront :
- Réaliser l’ensemble des DFD en collaboration avec les autres concepteurs fonctionnels
- Être garant de la bonne transcription des besoins métiers en spécifications fonctionnelles
- Contribuer à la préparation de la recette applicative

EXIGENCES FONDAMENTALES/COMPÉTENCES/EXPÉRIENCE

• Formation supérieure (université ou grande école) en BAC+5
• Appétence au fonctionnel Marketing/Distribution
• Appétence aux enjeux digitaux
• Connaissances d’outils de développement tels que Angular JS, Java, C++
• Connaissances de protocoles d’échanges de données (Web Service, Jason, JREST)
• La connaissance du domaine de l’assurance serait également un atout pour le poste

JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

Reporting directly to the Information Management Reporting Team Lead, you will be responsible for the analysis, solution generation and documentation of IT processes, systems and technical designs on a global basis. When required, this role will also be in charge of developing software, systems and programs and will be actively involved in the integration and system testing of developed systems and applications. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for the generation and analysis of reports (mostly non-financial).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Documentation:

Develop and define a wide-range of documentation: presentations, technical designs, functional specifications, system requirements, etc.

Responsible for proofreading specifications and carrying out quality checks

Participate in audits

Maintain documentation on a regular basis and be accountable for quality and accuracy

Communicate (and/or train as necessary) on documentation content

Information collection:

Investigate IT procedures, standards and/or guidelines, including AGCS and Allianz Group IT standards

Evaluate existing systems/processes

Solution development:

Develop concepts and solutions for critical applications and systems

Designs & procedure:

Take part in global project teams as required

Governance and standards:

Conduct analysis on whether IT policies and standards are being followed. Follow up and apply in cases where necessary

Report to IT management on results

Business Intelligence:

Create reports (claims, reinsurance etc. mostly non-financial) using reporting and data warehousing tools. Knowledge of one of the major reporting tools a prerequisite (IBM Cognos would be a definite advantage).

Stakeholder Management:

Proactively work and coordinate with relevant stakeholders: IT, core business, strategic vendors / outsource partners, etc. to deliver consultancy and service

Coordinate with other functions (e.g. Finance / Operations) as necessary

KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in IT or computer science

1 – 2 years’ experience in IT

Ability to understand and interpret technical designs of databases, platforms and architecture, etc.

Proficiency in SQL and at least one reporting and data analysis application : MS Access, Excel, IBM Cognos, SAS, Business Objects or SAP

Knowledge of PMLC, SDLC, ITIL framework

Analytical skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Able to work in an international matrix organization

Good team player
