In connection with the expansion of the team of the "Liquidation of Damages" Department, we are looking for serious and ambitious candidates for the position:

 

Specialist - Liquidation of property damage

Direction "Operations"

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Actively communicates with customers in connection with the registration and processing of non-motorized claims

• Processes and registers notifications of insurance events occurring in lines of business in general insurance, other than motor insurance

• Records and updates the current status of claims in the systems

• Participates in information and customer service activities when registering insurance claims, as well as in the subsequent stages of Liquidation

• Processes claims files and prepares correspondence related to additional necessary documents to clarify the circumstances of insurance events

• Performs independent and/or joint inspections with authorized experts

• Prepares independent or with authorized experts investigative protocols, project-accounting calculations, etc. documents certifying the nature and extent of the damage

• Monitors the correct application of our and foreign legislation in daily work

• Prepares damage reports

• Works with adjacent information systems

• Leads verbal and written correspondence with external and internal clients

 

REQUIREMENTS:

•Higher education

• Excellent computer literacy

•Proficiency in English

• Knowledge of the legal and by-laws regulating the insurance activity

• Experience in a similar position

• Excellent communication skills - daily communication with clients

• Organization, initiative and orderliness

• Good concentration and task prioritization skills

•Ability to work in a team
