Provide good customer service as the first line of contact with after sale service. Serves customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining database.


Your Day at Allianz Ayudhya

·  Answer calls and respond to emails
·  Provide customers with product and service information
·  Handling customer enquiries and solving problems concerning company services and products
·  Update existing customer information
·  Process of claim services
·  Route calls to appropriate team
·  Follow up customer calls till completion and the members are always informed of the progress.


Must Have

·  Bachelor’s degree in any field
·  2-5 years experiences in customer service or call center.
·  Good English communication skill
·  Problem Solving Skill

Nice to Have

·  Experience in medical service industry or health insurance business to be advantage.
