Who will you join?

H4-Business Transformation is the transformation and innovation engine of the Allianz Group. As part of Business Transformation, we strive for business model harmonization based on simplicity, scalability and digital solutions, which will be scaled globally via the Business Master Platform. The Business Master Platform (BMP) and its Global Assets allow to scale the harmonized business model to OEs worldwide by embedding the harmonized, efficient processess and standardized Master Products.

 

Within Business Transformation, the Global Program Office is responsible for coordinating topics that enable use to transform to our desired business platform in an effective way. It covers four key areas of responsibilities:

1) Preparation of governance meetings up to Supervisory Board and senior stakeholder alignment,

2) Managing Budget for BMP and securing Funding via respective committees,

3) Steering of BMP Performance Management to track build and rollout progress, financial plan, forecast and actuals, risks and KPI development for BMP,

4) Regulatory Governance including Risk, Issue and Dependency Management.

 

We are looking for a Senior Specialist to join our team with a passion for transformation and enjoying to work in an international environment. The Senior Specialist will drive or support all four areas of responsibilities, with a focus on topics 1), 2) and 3).        

 

How can you make an impact?

 

You will:

·  Support the creation of documents for senior stakeholders and governance committees
·  Take responsibility for Budget processes, fee updates and alignment with key stakeholders on BMP Finance
·  Steer the different workstreams of BMP Performance Management across progress measurement in JIRA, Financials, Risk management and Impact KPIs. In addition, potentially support the development of a BMP Dashboard in Power BI to visualize the data in BMP Performance Management
·  Drive content topics of BMP and independently interact with other stakeholders. Liaise with multiple Operating Entities, Group functions to deliver stated targets in a fast paced environment (conceptualize/organize/conduct workshops, track progress & provide regular updates to AZ SE Board of Management)

 

 

What are you made of?

 

Minimum Qualifications:

·  Experience in insurance business and transformation programs
·  Ideally experience in ACM or BMP
·  Ideally experience in Finance
·  Ideally program office related activities such as governance meetings support, relationship management, preparation of internal meetings
·  Passionate and self-driven; eager to learn and drive topics forward 
·  Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and “can do” attitude
·  Ideally proven ability to work in different cultures
·  Ability to work with multiple stakeholders effectively in a dynamic environment and deliver in a high pressure environment
·  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to challenge stakeholders
·  Work experience in a consulting company is a big plus        
·  Previous experience in business related functions (i.e. Sales, Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Investment Management, Asset Management, Consulting, Product Development, Finance, Market Management, Digital / Tech etc.) is a plus.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

·  Very good communication skills in English, written and spoken
·  Very good project management skills to lead topics independently
·  Strong expertise with MS Powerpoint storylining and creating effective presentations
·  Ability to work with MS Excel, MS Teams
·  Knowledge in Power BI and in agile methodology in software development is a big plus
