Senior Analyst-People Operations & Solutions (m/f/d)

Job description

We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Senior Analyst - People Operations & Solutions to join our team. You will play a pivotal role, in ensuring accurate HR Data management, supporting employee life cycle processes and delivering high-quality service to our global workforce. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possess a strong understanding of HR principles and systems within a fast-paced environment.  

 

What You Will Be Doing: 

  • Part of People Operations & Solutions team which primarily deals with HRIS systems 
  • Responsible to administer end to end process of Employee Life cycle Management 
  • Responsible for work & personal data changes for employees 
  • Responsible for Employee Medical Insurance, Pension & mandatory Statutory requirements 
  • Responsible for collection and validation for payroll inputs, including bonus, incentive payments, additional pay items and deductions
  • On-boarding & Off-boarding database updates 
  • Provide timely, clear and supportive responses to employee queries in collaboration with other People Experience functions
  • Holder for People policies, guidelines & Standards Responsible for managing & optimizing People platforms - Dayforce & SF Maintenance & Indexing of Employee personal files (Digital/physical) 
  • Provide administrative support to People Experience Team in ad hoc tasks/activities 

 

What We Are Looking For: 

  • Degree/Masters in Human Resources
  • 3-4 years of experience in Human Resources Operations
  • Advance Experience in Microsoft packages (Excel, Powerpoint, word, visio) 
  • Work Experience in HRIS platforms like (SuccessFactors, Workday, Peoplesoft, Dayforce etc)
