JOB PURPOSE/ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Compile metrics for daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Conduct data analysis to define trends and identify opportunities for improvement in customer service and processes.
Assist in the compilation of data and analysis for presentations.
Work with department management to build and maintain new reports.
Assist with time-studies and productivity analysis.
Maintain centralized reporting data via Intranet site and Dashboard.
Provide historical data and ad-hoc reports related to staffing and volumes.
Support special projects such as roll-out of new workforce management products, process improvement, and system changes.
Assist in the documentation of process flows and procedures.
May perform other duties as assigned.
KEY REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Minimum Qualifications
Associate's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
One (1) to three (3) years experience in an analytical support role.
Experience in the insurance or healthcare industry preferred.
