Reporting to Allianz Partners (AP) Head of Provider Invoice Management (PIM) at global office you would be responsible for managing projects under PIM function to support AWP’s strategic objectives. Within AP’s Operation department, the PIM function plays a vital role to ensures timely payment of our core assistance providers and to ensure smooth running of our assistance business. The PIM team at global office is responsible for providing the right guidelines, governance and monitoring of local PIM operations.


What you do

PIM Senior Project Manager within AP’s Global Office would be responsible for driving PIM operational projects worldwide and contribute to a lean Operations and process harmonization/optimization. The responsible would be coordinating and driving strategic projects across multiple countries, ensuring alignment with global objectives and local requirements. Their role encompasses a range of tasks and responsibilities to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Below are the key responsibilities:

·  Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
·  Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
·  Identify and allocate resources required for project execution.
·  Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, proactively address issues and obstacles, decides on the necessary escalations to the senior management.
·  Communicate project status, progress, and key milestones to stakeholders, manage stakeholder expectations & concerns in alignment with project objectives.
·  Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, optimization and efficiency gains.
·  Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
·  Document lessons learned and best practices for continuous improvement.
·  Assess the impact of changes and communicate implications to stakeholders.
·  Encourage a culture of continuous improvement within the project team.
·  Implement lessons learned from previous projects to enhance future project outcomes.
·  Support on AP initiatives which imply roll out of new tools and systems for the Provider Invoice Management.
·  Align and collaborate with the various stakeholders to ensure calibration on key decisions and timely delivery of Ops related requirements/projects.
·  Coordinating Audit finding resolution for PIM and report status update to Head of PIM.
·  Support and deputize Head of PIM for any compliance, regulatory, audit and risks assessment.


What you bring


·  Bachelor’s degree in business management, business administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
·  Very good understanding of Operations processes, with experience in Insurance industry and/or provider invoice management.
·  Ability to understand business processes from a macro perspective.
·  Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
·  Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional, cross cultural teams and stakeholders.
·  Leadership to guide project team to achieve project goals, articulation of project mission and vision to keep project team and stakeholders on the vision.
·  Capability to be flexible in changing situations.
·  Excellent level of English - both spoken and written.
·  Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
·  Proficiency in project management software and tools specially PPT and Excel.
·  Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
